3D virtual tour scans are a flat fee based on square footage. Other service fees are based on an hourly rate, our standard equipment rates, plus miscellaneous expenses incurred at cost plus 30%. A retainer fee will be agreed upon at the execution of a work agreement.

Claim3D, Inc. reserves the right to cease all work engagements for unpaid invoices for fifteen (15) days or more. Interest of 1.5% per month, compounded monthly, will be charged on all late payments under this agreement. “Late Payments” are defined as any payment not received within 15 days of receipt of an invoice from Claim3D, Inc.
